Per our discussion, I have volunteered at UCAN community outreach program April 2017-present (volunteer hours spent 5 hours for week in person April 2017 - February 2020; virtual 3 hours bi-weekly May 2020 - May 2021; in-person June 2021 - present). I mentor young women who are a part of the Still I rise program. The youth in this program are abuse survivors trying to overcome their trauma. My role as a mentor is to engage, support, understand, and help steer them on a growth path.
